Et tu, Lou (Dobbs)? unConstitutional 'Legal' Immigrants

CNN's Lou Dobbs gives Americans a media voice to express our outrage at the Federal governments criminal failures to secure our ports and borders and deport millions of illegal aliens. Dobbs deserves respect for his commanding, unwavering, and intelligent handling of traitorous advocates for the CFR's borderless barrio (www.spp.gov) and illegal alien advocates.
But Dobbs is off track when he says in his 11/16/06 column, Im a Populist,” that “I've never once called for a restriction on legal immigration — in fact, I've called for an increase, if it can be demonstrated that as a matter of public policy the nation requires more than the one million people we bring into the country legally each year.”
Et tu, Lou?
Lou explains that, [one thing] I haven't done is forget that I was born poor, both parents working, and I've never forgotten those who have made my opportunities in this country possible.
Now, Lou, Im confused. Just who do you think made possible your opportunities in this country? And how does your answer translate into opening the gates to immigrants, albeit “legal” under present, unConstitutional, genocidal laws and practices?
Fact is, American's Founders made your opportunities possible through heroic sacrifices, actions, and their visionary, hard-won Constitution and Bill of Rights. These oft-reviled dead White (European-Christian) males in 1776 pledged “our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor” as they signed the Declaration of Independence. America's courageous fighting, founding families committed treason against their own government–the British — and against all odds ultimately prevailed to secure the blessings of liberty…for ????
Victorious, these honorable Founders, in the very first sentence of our Constitution, clearly define for whom they created America: “Ourselves and our Posterity”.
Read their lips: We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to *ourselves and our Posterity*, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
“Posterity” is defined as “descendants: all of the offspring of a given progenitor; all future generations.” The “gen” in proGENitor and GENerations” means “race” or “kind”, i.e., GENetic.
Yes, America's Founders expressly dictated that this nation was for their genetic family, their Posterity. Period.
The hijacking of America's immigration laws is chronicled by Dr. Kevin MacDonald, a professor at California State University at Long Beach. (http://www.csulb.edu/~kmacd/books-immigration.html) Predictably, Dr. MacDonald is under attack by the anti-American shriekers of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). The SPLC's (founded by Morris “Mo” Seligman Dees) dastardly deeds make their vicious assault upon Dr. MacDonald's scholarship a strong endorsement of his work, and the profound, shocking facts he painstakingly presents. An attack dog intent upon tearing apart our God-Given First Amendment rights, the SLPC et al. demonstrate that 'Truth is “hate” to those who hate the truth.'
Georgie Anne Geyers groundbreaking book, Americans No More (1995), details recently contorted laws that drive deadly, corrupt, unConstitutional “legal” immigration and naturalization standards and procedures that are literally destroying America.
The bottom line is that for centuries, America's immigration laws followed Constitutional mandates, protecting her “Posterity.” Historical immigration laws reveal family reunification — of the Founders' family across the pond. Sensible restrictions protected the Posterity's health, safety, and welfare, as well as our nation's culture; ethnic and religious make-up and heritage.
Today, unassimilatable (i.e., not capable of being similar) Third Worlders and unwilling-to-assimilate aliens — with no familial relationship whatsoever to our Founders' or their Posterity — pour into the U.S. as “legal immigrants”, arriving and breeding exponentially, particularly since the passage of the unConstitutional, abominable 1965 Immigration Reform Act.
Our Constitution is being blatantly violated as the Founders' Posterity is targeted for, and rapidly succumbing to, a carefully orchestrated “genocide” (see below), as defined by the term's originator Rafael Lemkin.
The 1965 Act, among others, defies the highest law of the land, our beloved Constitution. Further, it violates international customary law against genocide, binding on U.S. government since its adoption by the United Nations on December 9, 1948, and formally ratified by Congress in 1988.
In fact, Congress publicly stated that the 1965 Immigration Reform Act would not reduce the proportion of our European-American Christian population, at that point nearly 90 percent. Sen. Edward Kennedy, floor manager of the bill, stated at during the Senate hearings that, “…the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset” by this legislation. Yet in 1988, globalist President Bill Clinton, who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, said in 1998 that “In a little more than 50 years, there will be no majority race in the United States.”
Those Americans, immigrants, and foreigners who insist upon a “right” to steal the posterity's birthright must be viewed as domestic enemies breaking our sovereign nation's highest law, the Constitutionally defined American. Public servants and others engaged in aiding and abetting this “legal” invasion need to be driven from office, charged with treason, punished, and if possible, deported for their dangerous, anti-American views. Millions of unConstitutional Citizens naturalized as a result of unConstitutional laws and amnesties, and their posterity, must be scrutinized for anti-American, anti-Constitutional, damaging activities with revocation of citizenship the ultimate remedy.
The Founders clearly expressed “family values” with their strong intent to protect their families' birthright, freedom, culture and heritage — America.
For the culture vultures who attack the Founders, the Constitution, and even this column, lets review a few of the imported horrors that unConstitutional legal immigrants have brought to our shores: chlitorectomies; honor killings; deadly killer TB, AIDS, dengue fever, chagas, disgusting intestinal parasites, West Nile, SARs, Hepatitis, statutory rapes (marriage), gang banging killers, ecstacy-heroin-meth, crime syndicates, identity theft, increasingly bad air, water/gas/oil shortages and resultant sky-rocking prices, population-driven, life-threatening black- and brown-outs, unConstitutional searches, seizures, ADL-inspired “hate crime/hate speech” laws, and on and on.
Can anyone even conceive of Thomas Jefferson or George Washington discussing whether barbaric genital mutilators, for example have the “right” to be granted that most precious birthright — American citizenship — of their posterity? Yet today, we're told we need to pass laws to curtail repulsive practices, often cultural norms of nations of origin, that never before had been practiced in Western Christendom, much less America. So much for “legal immigration”, Lou.
Constitutionalists know that the Constitution stands, and is not a living, breathing document subject to self-serving interpretations designed to destroy our People, usually by those who themselves came in under unConstitutional laws, including sitting members of the Supreme Court.
So, Lou Dobbs, I urge you to reconsider your support of “legal immigrants” and instead read, consider and support the Constitution.
Let the discussion of who is, who should be and who can be an American begin, and end, with the Constitution.
P.S. Those who insist that American Indians, not the Founders and their Posterity, are indigenous, should study emerging evidence that Europeans (Solutreans/Clovis) settled North America thousands of years before the mislabeled “Native Americans” arrived. It is axiomatic that those who insist upon living in, or maintaining citizenship in other nations must not expect to be counted as Americans.
DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE, 10-YEAR MORATORIUM ON ALL IMMIGRATION.

Rafael Lemkin's term “genocide” is incorporated into the Geneva Conventions. Lemkin defines “genocide” as: “Generally speaking, genocide does not necessarily mean the immediate destruction of a nation, except when accomplished by mass killings of all members of a nation. It is intended rather to signify a coordinated plan of different actions aiming at the destruction of essential foundations of the life of national groups, with the aim of annihilating the groups themselves. The objectives of such a plan would be the disintegration of the political and social institutions, of culture, language, national feelings, religion, and the economic existence of national groups, and the destruction of the personal security, liberty, health, dignity, and even the lives of the individuals belonging to such groups. Genocide is directed against the national group as an entity, and the actions involved are directed against individuals, not in their individual capacity but as members of a national group.”
