The Muslim Brotherhood–Sinister Intentions For North America

Yesterday we started exposing the Muslim Brotherhood. We used a document published by them that the FBI discovered a number of years ago. This memorandum became a piece of evidence in one of the largest trials of those raising money for Islamic terrorism.
Today we are going to look at an incident in Bernards Township, New Jersey, that illustrates the issues we are dealing with concerning the Muslim Brotherhood and its front organizations.
I am going to quote from an article on the Thomas More Law Center‘s website. That Law Center is is an organization that defends Christians in court when their rights are being trampled upon. In this article, they are representing someone who is living next door to where this mosque is going to be built.
In a settlement agreement, which reads more like an instrument of surrender, Bernards Township (“Township”), New Jersey officials agreed that, in addition to a $3.5 million payment to Islamic Society of Basking Ridge (“ISBR”), residents and citizens of the Township are prohibited from commenting on “Islam” or “Muslims.” at the upcoming public hearing to approve the settlement. Astonishingly, a federal judge approved the prohibition as a fully enforceable Order of the Court.
(Yesterday I said it was $3.25 million, which is what some news outlets are saying.)
In other words, if someone mentions Islam or Muslims at the town meeting where they will approve the settlement, they will be in violation of this court order. This gag order limits the free speech that is necessary to discuss the issue at hand, a Muslim mosque.
How did this settlement come about? You cannot try to fight Islam by attacking their religion. Our Constitution guarantees the free exercise of religion, and to fight their religion only helps them. They will take you to court, and they will win. When they do, they will receive settlements like this one. They have as much right to build their mosques as Christians have to build their churches.
In my book, Refuting Islam, I explain the strategies for fighting the advance of Islam in our country. We must fight against the Sharia, which is Islamic law. We must prevent them from setting up their own legal system, court system, financial system, education system, etc., or from making our system more Sharia compliant.
In the Sharia Law Book, the first 350 pages concern the religion. The remaining 600+ pages deal with the political, governmental, financial, etc. part of their law. These are the things we can fight against. Islam is more than just a religion, it is a political system. Muhammad was not just building a religion, he was building an empire. His religion and his god were just tools to control the people and get them to do what he needed done to establish his empire.
This Bernards Township settlement came about because the township said they didn’t want the religion and the mosque in their neighborhood. This opened the door to the lawsuit that resulted in awarding the mosque this large sum of money.
The article continues:
TMLC’s lawsuit alleges that Bernards Township’s settlement agreement constitutes a prior restraint on speech based on content, as well as, a violation of the Establishment Clause because it prefers Islam over other religions. The lawsuit asks the court to: declare that the settlement agreement is unconstitutional; and to enter a preliminary and permanent injunction against its enforcement.
The Thomas More Law Center contends that this gag order is unconstitutional. I believe they have a strong case against it.
The article continues:
The Quicks reside within 200 feet of the proposed mosque construction in a zoned residential area. Yet, the settlement agreement prohibits them from describing the many unique features of Islamic worship which will impact design of the building, traffic density, water and sewage, traffic control problems, road construction, and parking arrangements. According to the settlement agreement, ISBR is permitted to make statements concerning Christians and Jews and their places of worship, but in contrast, the Agreement prohibits commentary relating to Islam or Muslims. In fact, ISBR has previously discussed the Christian and Jewish religions and their places of worship.
It seems that Muslims can discuss Christians and their places of worship, but Christians can’t discuss Muslims and religion. This is placing the rights of one religion over those of another. It is a clear violation of the First Amendment.
The article shows how this group is tied to Muslim Brotherhood front groups:
Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center, commented: “As we have previously documented, ISBR has taken the extraordinary step of concealing significant links on their website to a radical group named by the federal government as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in America history, the Islamic Society of North America (“ISNA”). ISNA is claimed by the Muslim Brotherhood as one of “our organizations.” According to internal documents seized by the FBI, the Muslim Brotherhood’s strategy is to engage in a “grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within . . .”
This brings us back to the Muslim Brotherhood. Many nations around the world have placed the Muslim Brotherhood on their lists of terrorist organizations. Even Muslim nations in the Middle East have done so. The United Arab Emirates has gone farther by including CAIR on their terrorist list.
America and Canada are two of the few nations who have not declared the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. We spoke much about this under the Obama administration. We were hoping that the Trump administration would correct this error. So far it has not. Sadly, they are not taking the proper steps to do so. McMasters, the National Security Adviser to President Trump, and Tillerson, the Secretary of State, are meeting with, and working with CAIR.
Let me quote, as I did yesterday, from page 7 of the Muslim Brotherhood’ Memorandum:
4- Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America:The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.
All of the groups involved in this effort to destroy our country are listed on page 18 of the Memorandum. Their goal is to sabotage us, and destroy us from within.
